Born in New Mexico on August 22, 1985. The ride to the hospital was the longest ride I ever took. It seemed that my mom was hitting all the bumps on the road. We arrived at the hospital on August 21. Upon arrival my aunt (Paula) started to yell at the nurse because she didn't think they were moving fast enough. Finally they had me in a room. After I was born my mom didn't let me out of her sight. My whole life changed from that moment on. |

I can remember when Crystal called me at work to tell me she was going to have a baby. I was so excited and shocked at the same time. Crystal went on to finish high school and to go to TVI at the same time. She recieved her Certified Pharmacy Technician certificate on November 30, 2003. I was so proud of her. She did not want to stop there. She continued to go to school. She wanted to get her Bachelors degree. She was going to follow in her aunt's footsteps in the medical field. |

April 12, the trip to the hospital was long. Cystal had a very hard and long labor. After she was given an shot for pain she was the happiest girl in the world. She told me to go with the nurse while they were cleaning up Brianna and not to let her out of my site. She was so happy to have it all over with. |

Passed away on July 14, 2005 at the age of 19. I will never forget that horrible moment when a police officer came to my door. I could not believe what he was telling me. I had just talked to her 15 minutes before all this happened. That is the most horrible thing that anyone has to endure. |
